All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

Switzerland: CHF 8.50 B-Post and CHF 10.50 A-Post per order. For an order value of CHF 150.00 or more, after deducting promotions and special offers, delivery by B-Post is free.
International: CHF 15.00 per order.

Customs fees and taxes that may apply in other countries are borne by the customer.

Delivery and delivery time:

The shipping policy states that Swiss Glow Company AG will ship the products on the day of receipt of payment or confirmation of payment. Swiss Glow Company AG can only be held liable for delivery delays and their consequences if they are caused by gross negligence or intentional breach of contract by Swiss Glow Company AG. For all other delivery delays and their consequences, including delays caused by the post or by third parties, Swiss Glow Company AG assumes no liability.

The delivery time in Switzerland is 2-4 working days, depending on the choice of A-Post or B-Post.
