Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. The return is at the customer's expense. Please note the following conditions for a return:

If the customer wishes to return the goods for any reason, a notification must be sent to the address welcome@swissglowco.com.

The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

The goods must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

The return must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the goods by the customer.

The costs for the return shipping are to be borne by the customer.

The purchase price will be refunded after inspection of the goods. In the case of a successful return, the purchase contract becomes void. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
