All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and do not include shipping costs. The delivery costs are:

Switzerland: CHF 8.50 for B-Post and CHF 10.50 for A-Post per order. For orders over CHF 100.00, after deducting promotions and special offers, delivery via B-Post is free of charge.
International: CHF 15.00 per order.

Customs fees and taxes that may apply in other countries are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery and Delivery Time

The shipping policy states that Swiss Glow Company AG will dispatch the products on the day of receipt of payment or confirmation of payment. Swiss Glow Company AG can only be held liable for delivery delays and their consequences if they are caused by gross negligence or intentional breach of contract by Swiss Glow Company AG. For all other delivery delays and their consequences, including delays caused by the postal service or third parties, Swiss Glow Company AG assumes no liability.

The delivery time in Switzerland is 2-4 working days, depending on the choice of A-Post or B-Post.
